How to Return & Exchange

Thank you for shopping at ibagmore.com. Our online shop provides unique fashion products from our independent designers back by high quality material and reliable production. 

14 Days Easy Exchange and Return:

If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectation, including defective, damaged, not as described, customers have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return/exchange in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.

Return & Exchange Condition
1. Please contact us within 14 days starting from the day you receive your order.
2. Return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.
3. Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume or stains will be subjected to refusal.
4. Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as return address. Returned package without authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
6. After receiving your returned package, we wil issue the refund to your original payment account within a business week or ship out an exchange order within 3 business days accordingly. Normally you'll receive the refund in a week after our issuing.

Return Progress

1. Please contact our customer service at support: info@ibagmore.com
2. Our customer service will contact with you and provide the return address in 24 hours after return/exchange request approved.
3. Ship the return package to the provided return address, and submit the return shipping tracking information(tracking number & delivery company) to our customers services staff.
4. Refund or exchange will be issued in one week after we receive you returned package. A confirmation email of refund or exchange will be sent to your email box.

Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded before shipment. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
